Catalina Island Party Boat with Snorkeling and Lunch 

Catalina Island is recognized as one of the best snorkeling and scuba diving destinations in the Dominican Republic. This amazing day-trip excursion starts with our transportation picking you up directly from the lobby of your hotel in Punta Cana or Bayahibe. Once all customers have been picked up, you will reach a meeting point where our staff will welcome you and you will do the check-in and wear the excursion bracelet. Here you will also have the opportunity to visit a souvenir shop where you will be offered a coffee and you can buy other products.

When all the customers have arrived we will get on the bus and start our adventure. From Punta Cana we will move in the direction of La Romana and more precisely to the private pier of Cumayasa. The bus journey will last approximately 2 hours in total and around 10 AM in the morning we will arrive in Cumayasa. You will be offered a welcome drink and after signing the waiver we will be ready to go and start our cruise.

Aboard a new and spacious boat we will cruise along the Caribbean Sea and set off towards our destination for today: the beautiful Catalina Island. Once you have taken your seat, you’ll be welcomed aboard by the friendly boat crew who will introduce each member of the staff and will give a short briefing on what you can and cannot do on board. You will enjoy refreshments and music selected by the entertainment team to keep you energized during the catamaran ride.

Get ready to enjoy a scenic ride across the Caribbean side of the Dominican Republic. After about 45 minutes we will arrive near Catalina Island and you will immediately be impressed by the blue color of its surrounding waters. Here you will have the opportunity to do 45 minutes of snorkeling and discover the spectacular marine life. Expect clear waters with incredible visibility and an amazing underwater ecosystem. The staff will provide snorkeling equipment and life jackets and then you will be free to swim in the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Once back on board we will continue our cruise for another 10 minutes until we approach the coast of Catalina Island. Here, using a smaller boat as a shuttle, we will reach the shore. Yesss! We finally are in Catalina! We will spend approximately 2.5 - 3 hours here in a private beach club with private bar, restaurant and relax area. Lunch will be served around 1:00PM buffet style. It is a typical Dominican lunch with local dishes including 2 varieties of rice, pasta, grilled meat, salads, vegetables and fresh fruit. The bar will serve from now alcoholic drinks as well (rum and beer) with no limit!! (open-bar).

After lunch, the afternoon is dedicated to relax. You can choose whether to take a bath in the refreshing waters or sunbath on one of the many bedchairs. Enjoy the open bar or take a walk along the shore. Or maybe a photo session? You choose! Around 3:00 pm it's time to leave the island. We will return on board our boat where the staff will continue the party with their music and entertainment. The bar will remain open for the entire duration of the cruise and the atmosphere on board will be pure party.

Around 4pm we will return to the private pier in Cumayasa where our bus will be waiting for us to take us back to our hotel in Punta Cana or Bayahibe.

• This excursion depends on the weather conditions. In case of bad weather we will ask you to reschedule or, if unable, we will provide the refund.

In case a customer after booking a tour wants to cancel or is not more able to take part on it we will provide the full refund directly on the card used for the online reservation if the cancellation is required BY EMAIL within 24 hours before the starting of the tour.

Cancellation must be required BY EMAIL, (or by text in case) in order to have a written proof showing the exact date and time the customer asks to cancel. We will not accept cancellations by phone.

If the cancellation is required less than 24 hours before the starting of the tour due to any reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstancesm, etc) and the customer is not able to reschedule, we will keep the deposit paid in advance or the 50% of the total price if the customers has paid in full.

In case the tour itself is cancelled due to weather conditions or other not ordinary reasons, the customer can choose if reschedule the tour or receive the full refund.

This policy DOES NOT apply for large groups of 10+ people where the cancellation is required at least a week in advance to get the full refund.
